SERVICES
We are happy to accompany you wherever you would like to go. Places we frequent include the grocery and drug stores, doctor’s offices, hair salons, restaurants and of course any location that supports your active lifestyle. We are also happy to arrange for transportation to and from the airport for our regular clients as needed.
Transportation/ Shopping
Our tag line is “We keep you company”. That was the foundation upon which the business began. We are happy to spend time with you in your home providing companionship and emotional support. Having the extra support at home can help keep you safe, secure and comfortable and ease the worry your family may be feeling.
Companionship
We are happy to help you with your meals. Every client has different needs and we are there to assist as needed in whatever way best supports your daily routine. We can cook light meals, set up prepared meals and make sure that you are eating a balanced and nutritious diet. We are there to gently remind you about your meals and the importance of eating on a regular basis.
Meal Preparation
We are able to assist with bathing, dressing and grooming. Trained caregivers can also assist with transfers in and out of bed and to and from the toilet. We are there to support as needed.
Personal Care
This is a multifaceted area and can include help with the computer and correspondence. We will make sure that bills are being paid in a timely manner if requested. If travel is in your future we can assist in planning and in certain cases accompany a client as well if needed. Keeping a calendar can become challenging and we are happy to help arrange both medical and personal appointments and engagements. We can assist in managing any additional staff that may be helping with care of the home and property.

Debbie was Carolyn’s companion and friend and she helped me with light housekeeping and cooking. She created a positive environment for Carolyn which included activities such as artwork, reading, daily walks and flower/plant maintenance. How do we get started?Please fill out the request for information below and we will call at our earliest convenience. We'll arrange a time to visit you and/or your family to discuss your particular home care situation and how Heavens To Betsy, LLC can help. We can discuss the care your family needs and the services we provide. We'll answer your questions regarding in-home care services and costs. We'll customize a plan and find the right caregiver. We are as reactive as we can be to meet your situation.

Do I pay the companion/caregiver directly?You will be billed by Heavens To Betsy, LLC and pay the company directly. You never have to pay companions/caregivers. Invoices are sent out on a monthly basis with payment due upon receipt. We are strictly private pay and do not accept Medicare/Medicaid. We do work with long term care insurance companies. Caregivers are properly screened, including criminal and background checks.

Can I cancel my service at any time?You can change the frequency or type of service we provide at any time. We understand that things can quickly change, so we're as flexible as possible with your loved one's care.

What does home care cost?The cost of in-home care depends on the number of hours per client, the number of days served per week and the types of services provided

Do I have a choice of companion?We try to provide a companion/caregiver who we think will be right for your family. Ultimately, you have the final say.

Will my family receive care from the same caregiver?We believe in the relationship that can form between a companion/caregiver and so will make every effort to have a designated companion/caregiver assigned to your home. Companions/caregivers need time off as well, so we do everything in our power to provide a substitute as needed.

How long have you been in business?Heavens To Betsy, LLC filed as a Domestic Limited Liability company with the Ohio Secretary of State on October 24, 2016. The company is insured and bonded and is licensed by the State of Ohio, Ohio Department of Health as an HHA Non-Medical Home Health Service.
